To anyone reading DO NOT think about trying EE out. They are truly useless in all aspect concerning customer welfare and care. I want to cancel my contract. You are absolutely disgusting! You told me OVER 2 WEEKS AGO that you have proccessed the £150 I'm owed. I have literally had NO money waiting for you to refund me and Im still waiting!!! I am officially done with you as a company. I asked you on the phone 2 weeks ago if I could just use the £150 as payments towards my contract and you guys LITERALLY SAID YOU CANNOT DO THAT!! and now I'm opening my EE app to see that, after I spoke to you yesterday about giving me my refund back you've actually tried to just deduct it off my bill!!!!??? I DONT WANT IT DEDUCTING OFF MY BILL BECAUSE I WANT TO TERMINATE THE CONTRACT!!!! you owe me £150!!! Not to mention the fact that I agreed to a £50 a month contract and you absolute scammers have put in -£75 arrears so I can only guess that you've lied to me about the £50 contract that I agreed to aswell!!! You are vile people!!!!!!!
