Does anyone actually answer at EE anymore?
I've tried online chat, email and phoning no one answers!
I bet they would answer if I was a new customer so they sell me a contract. Seriously thinking of leaving EE after years as service has become shocking.
Even after I filed a complaint I got no response until an email saying they were closing the complaint as I had not responded but they said they would look into it and come back to me I even chased it up got no where. Shame EE was always so good previously.

Sorry to hear you've been having trouble reaching Customer Care.
The best way to contact Customer Care is to give us a call, where a guide will be able to help you. If it's a bit busy you'll be offered the option for a call back so you don't have to wait on the phone. Contact Us | Help & Support - EE
Alternatively if you'd prefer to speak to our live chat guides you can do this through the EE app. Just click on the Help icon > Message Us
We don't current provide Customer Support through email.
I'd certainly recommend giving Customer Care team another call so they'll be able to follow up on your complaint.
