Mobile wifi 4G box

Jchall

Hi I have been using my mobile 4G wifi box by first topping up and then going to data add ons and adding the credit to the wifi box. For some reason this has stopped working and I’ve tried everything I can think of to top up. None of the data add on pages will work and it seems I can only add data to this box if I subscribe monthly. Any one able to give step by step info on how to top these boxes up on line? Thank you.

Look at http://add-on.ee.co.uk/purchase from a device connected to your mobile router by WiFi to see what data add-ons are available. Make sure you use HTTP:, not HTTPS: & do it under IE, FF or Samsung Internet not Chrome or any browser that forces HTTPS:.

@Brucee86 : Topped it up with what, money or data?

Visit http://add-on.ee.co.uk/status from a device connected to your mobile router by WiFi to see your data & credit status as well as its mobile no. at the top. What does it say,  obscuring your mobile no.?
