Hi, I've been using a new 4G router for a few days and it worked well. However, I ran out of data yesterday morning and topped up online. Since then it hasn't worked properly - I can sometimes get the internet to work but never more than for 10 mins....

HiI’m trying to access the smart hub manager but the connection just times out. I’ve tried on multiple devices, both wired and Wi-Fi connected to the hub but nothing connects. Any ideas what I’m doing wrong?
