Appauling broadband connection

Dear EE we have a 5GEE Home Router and the worst connection possible, we are paying allot for service that continuously drops out stops and at best only manages a couple of Mbs at a go. We are forever restarting, rebooting, clearing cache, etc for a few moments respite and then it drops off again.

We both work from home and our connectivity is crucial. We are considering moving to serviced offices and terminating our contract with you!

What can you suggest - Yours Helen
