Faulty sim

Did every fix suggested when I joined and none of them have worked, still  shows 5g no service in several places. It slow as hell and no Internet 4g 1 bar. Tried sons 02 sim works fine. Think I have a faulty sim or something bugged account

It sounds like your SIM is working fine. It maybe you're in a poor service area.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 10.30pm every day.

No service is 5g and no matter where I go the mobile data is none existant.  Phone works great on o2 but since swap to ee garbage. Worked OK until my pac code kicked in then slow slow slow did all the fixes sent via email after customer service call still rubbish
