Resolved! Channel conflict on 5GEE router

Wifi 4g device

I have topped up my WiFi device using the mobile number but I can't turn it into data as I am unable to find a way to do it online or in the app.I constantly have to ring and it converted. I need to top up my 4g again until my WiFi is installed
