I am unable to see my account, as it says I must link it, when I do it says my account number is wrong, after I added it a few steps back, and it was happy

For mobile broadband accounts you would link the mobile number and shouldn't need the account number, could you try this?

Account nos. are only needed for fixed Home BB, not mobile. Mobile routers contain a SIM. All SIMs have a mobile no. Visit http://add-on.ee.co.uk/status from a device connected to your mobile router by WiFi to see your data & credit status as well as its mobile no. at the top.
