I have been trying to cancel and send back a 4G hub for 2 months! I have phoned 3 times and each time I have been assured that a returns package is on its way but it still hasn’t arrived and I’ve been charged £82.50 for a Hub that isn’t being used!!! I have never come across such awful customer service!!!!! 😡
