What is 4GEE home unlimited and how can I improve it?

TV goes blurry and freezes...we do not have fibre broadband in this area so we're offered the above, which we have had for a year.
All neighbours have Virgin...is this the only option for us? Anyway I can boost it, folks?

@vhardy : Try a speedtest here http://www.thinkbroadband.com/speedtest.html . Click on the "Results Page" button at the bottom of the graph you first see and then copy to here just the "Link to this result:" link that you see below the next main graph.

Hi @vhardy,
It's just next the check coverage option at EE Coverage & Network Status Checker.
If it doesn't see any issues, there is an option to report a problem.
