TV goes blurry and freezes...we do not have fibre broadband in this area so we're offered the above, which we have had for a year.
All neighbours have Virgin...is this the only option for us? Anyway I can boost it, folks?

Hello. I think I need to close this account. We have had no broadband or TV for over a month now. I intend to cancel my standing order and will have to go with Virgin, I think.
Shame. I will miss Sky Atlantic!
