Hi,
I want to keep my fixed-line broadband but also order 5G Home Broadband. The website won't let me order 5G broadband on my account. When I try to select the Smart 5G Hub, the "Select an option" button remains disabled and I cannot proceed with the order.
Can someone please help me process the order or escalate this issue? I'd prefer to resolve this without needing a phone call if possible.

Try ordering it w/out logging in to your MyEE a/c.
