UPnP Not Successful XBox / 4GEE Router

I just got the  4GEE Router as Fibre was not great in my area.

 

My son is having some issues with his Xbox and it says 'UPnP Not Successful' when playing some games and he needs this working.

 

I need to somehow apply this on the router.

I have just joined and had the same issues. Spoke to a tech Guru who said he'd never heard of the issue and would look into it. I cant use Dmz because there are 5 box series x and a ps5 in the house and Dmz can only service 1 device. Port forwarding is an option and I know which ports are needed but I don't know start and end points for the individual rules.

Even then it wouldn't fix the moderate NAT setting issue which needs to be 'open' instead.

IM ON A WALK AWAY FREE TRIAL SO IF THE ENGINEER CANT FIX IT FRIDAY,  THATLL BE ALL SHE WROTE.
