Smart 5G Hub only shows 4G option

Hi,

I am trying to order the EE Smart 5G Hub 7 Plus online.

The online ordering page works, but when I go through the order process, I can only select a 4G option. There is no 5G option available to choose.

I have not entered my postcode yet, so this does not appear to be related to a coverage check for my address.

Is the Smart 5G Hub 7 Plus currently unavailable online, or is this a website issue?

Could someone please explain how I can order the 5G version online?

Thanks for coming to the community. 

The Smart 5G Hub 7 Plus is showing available on the EE Shop to order.

Are you logged into an EE account when trying to place the order? 

If you visit the EE Shop and try and add to basket, then log in does this work for you?
