Setting up Proroute NR550 5G router

I bought a SIM via Scancom which is a pre-paid 5G data SIM. I've put it into the router but am unable to get connected. I've used the settings as per the screenshot below, inc. the APN that other threads have reccomended (password: 'secure').

Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

Thank you so much!

Btw I've reached out to Scancom too, it may be an activation issue/lock on their end.
