@cropwalker461  Your printer has nothing to do with the network speed you receive to the router.   Your printing from the device through Wi-Fi and that signal is then just pushed to the printer.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
Thanks, I appreciate that, but I am unable to understand why printing speed
differs so greatly.

@cropwalker461 : Try switching the EE WiFi Mini's WiFi band between 2.4 GHz & 5 GHz and see which is better.

Changed the router to 5 GHz but the printer can't discover it.

@cropwalker461   You’ll probably find your printer only supports 2.4Ghz if it can not see the 5Ghz connection

Looks like you're right, back on 2.4 but very weak signal now. Download
speed currently less than fixed line. With printing operating at about a
minute a page, I'm ready to give up on the EE Mini!

@cropwalker461   How far apart are these devices from each other.     To have a week signal they aren’t near each other.   You’re only as good as the signal is.

The router is sitting next to the printer. It took 5 minutes to print a
page this morning. When I switched back to the old Netgear router wifi
(ADSL broadband) it does a page in seconds.
I'm struggling to work out why.

Asked by EE if this problem is fixed. The answer is a resounding NO. It would seem the signal is too weak.
