So I got sold the wrong product initially, now I have the right one. However upon getting it back to my caravan in ashcroft holiday park it has had poor signal. So poor its only getting one bar. I've tried placing it near enough everywhere in my caravan and as high up as I can put it but no change. Am I doing something wrong or would it be worth my time and expense to get an external aerial to boost the signal strength? Additionally my phone manages 2 -3 bars of 5g on a 4 bar indicator and the previous mini wifi device managed a solid 3 bars in places around the caravan.

Before you start spending additional funds on External Antennas, what does the EE Coverage Checker tell you about 4/5G Coverage in your Target Area? - https://coverage.ee.co.uk/coverage/ee
What is the Model Number of your Device?

Coverage checker shows I should be getting at least 3 bars not just 1.

Hello @KalthosOblivion.
Have you tried using the smart hub in any other location? if yes, does this pick up signal?
Is your phone with EE?
