Payment of bill

I have an outstanding broadband bill which the sim has not been contacted to anything for 2 months forgotten the number and can’t call as I am out of the country how can I fix this I all I have is an account number

Hi there no it’s not and I don’t have the sim anymore and can’t remember
the number
