New preloaded sim ordered. Put in 4g router and not working. Have managed to check balance by connecting my phone to the router. Showing as my 8gb pre purchased bundle is stuck on waiting? How do I fix this please.

Thanks

Colleagues over the phone have been very helpful and sorted the SIM card/bundle issue which is great.

Unfortunately signal is still quite poor currently but I will give it time and see if it improves before deciding if you stick with it or not.

Unfortunately there has been no improvement in the speed yet. Connection is steady but throughout my house and outbuildings the speeds remain the same. Any tips or suggestions? I previously had BT mifi which gave a very good speed both uploading and downloading. The EE website says I should get 4g outside easily but even when I put the router outside it's still low speeds. Using a Tplink router.

Hi @Jakeisme,

BT Mobile uses the EE network so you should see the same performance on your EE SIM.

I suspect there could be a local network issue which you can report at coverage.ee.co.uk/coverage/ee. (Please select the Check status option.)

I just checked website and your correct. There is an outage of some description in my area with anticipated fix in 16 hours so will give it another test after then.

I'm hopeful to get the same speeds as I did with BT.

That's good to know it's already being worked on @Jakeisme

I hope it's resolved as quickly as possible for you.
