just bought a 4G Wifi router. I have installed the battery and sim as instructed. It has been on charge now for over an hour and it has no flashing lights indicating the charge status and it will not switch on. Tried different chargers, sockets etc. Any advice appreciated.

Yes, I still have the same issue. The device is completely dead. I charged it overnight and it will not switch on or display any sign of it charging. I have tried to call the support line but each time find myself in a long que. As I am calling from a none EE mobile I do not want to be charged. Please can you help me?
