Hi all, anyone else experiencing this issue. I haven't had Mobile Broadband for 2 days now. Calls and messaging fine, no Watsapp. I've tried all the usual ideas, restarting , aeroplane mode, manually selecting service etc. Is this an EE fault does anyone know. Thanks

When you say mobile broadband, are you talking about the mobile data on your phone? Have you checked your settings to make sure mobile data is switched on? Do you have a data allowance remaining?

Yes Mobile data. Done all the usual checks, checked online my account still has 109gb remaining. Thanks

You mentioned WhatsApp. Are you able to access other internet based applications, like the web browser etc?

Could you check your postcode on our network status checker please? Does it say if we're aware of any maintenance in your area?

Already checked. Checked the area I live and the area I work. Restarted phone multiple times. Aeroplane mode on and off several times. Data roaming on and off several times. Already updated to the latest software version on my phone. Changed from Auto selection to manual selection for service provider and back to Auto. VPN on/off and removed to make sure it wasn't the problem. Works on WIFI so I am assuming this is a Provider issue.

If you speak with our Technical Support team, they'll be able to check your account and the performance of the network in your area from our side.
