Hi all.
have got an portable Wi-Fi device, to use when on holiday in caravan, (NEW) purchased a ee sim data card. Put it in and turned it on.
found the device on my phone, tried to join using password that was on the battery cover, and says password incorrect!!
do I have to do anything with the sim before I can use it?? Any help would be appreciated. As can’t find an answer on EE website!

@Cotopaxi : Connecting your phone to it by WiFi doesn't involve the SIM. It's just a device to device connection. Your issue is just with the WiFi pwd.

Did you buy this device new or have you previously changed its WiFi pwd? Have you tried resetting it using the pinhole or reset button?
