Mini Wi-Fi dongle not working

Hello. I need some assistance please. I purchased a mini dongle on EE and got a 100G sim. My dongle says I have Wi-Fi but the signal line is staying red. My device will connect but still not have internet. How can I fix this please?

Resolved! 4gee wifi mini

Bought for static caravan but signal not great. Now buying a Huawei router and antenna. It is unlocked for any network. Can I just take out sim on my mini WiFi and place in this router? Still loads of data left.
