Mobile broadband with antenna

Hi, I have broadband using antenna.  Is this mobile broadband?  It is connected to my pc and mobile.  I pay about £30 pm for this but see that EE are offering new customers less fee for mobile broadband, and £30 does not seem competitive any more.  Would you agree?

Yes, you have mobile BB if you are using an antenna. The router has a mobile SIM in it.
