Hello, my EE Alcatel 4G dongle has been repaired and now when I try to log in to its EE 4G page, where I can check status, texts and so on, the password that I used before the repair no longer works. I'll be grateful for advice, thank you.

Apologies. I have solved the matter, though it may help others: on the inner cover of the back of the dongle, when removed, there is a password there, and that got me into the EE 4G page, and then I was asked to make a new password, using the one from the dongle's inner cover as the "current password", and then typing the new password of my choice and confirming it.
