Firestick won’t connect to 4gee router

Hi I’ve got a 4gee router and my panasonic tv or my amazon firestick will not connect to it. Everything else does like phones/macbook/pc. Any tips

Check the Channel Numbers on the Router as well as the Channels in both the 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz Bands as not All Firesticks cover the complete Band Range.

Also change the Routers APN Profile Settings to IPV4 Only and PAP, (Make a New Profile and set it to Default, Save, Reboot).

Thanks. Will give that a try. Have to wait now as they are sending the router off for repair now
