To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

It’s not a coverage issue.

EE knows they have a service issue, the problem is they had this problem since this morning and it’s now 8pm and they still can only say that they have a problem. Which is a fat lot of good for us who are fully dependent on this service for our internet

That how I know that there is there is a service problem that has been ongoing since lunchtime. It states that they know there is a problem but they are not giving an idea of when it will be sorted.

The issue is still ongoing
