After changing from bt to EE at their (bt)suggestion. Couple days fine now Netflix and amazon won't load, download on 4g 28mbps , yet worked on bt at 2.5 mbps. Any help please , suppose to be plug and play not having to re program routers, tv etc.
Thanks

Just had thank you from EE for my answer , but that's not my answer to tv problem..
My answer is create new router profile, coy previous settings you will need most of them, change the ivp4,6 to just ivp4 and save , set new profile as de fault. No tv problems since.

Morning @David455
Thanks for coming to the community.
Which device/router are you using?
Are you connecting to a TV to watch these apps?
Can you watch other apps?

Thanks @David455
Have you tried restarting the router and TV and connecting the TV again to see if this works for you?
Do you have any other devices connected?
Leanne.

Yes tried usual things all off etc. Only things connected by WiFi 2x
phones, 2 tv.
Other people keep saying it's dns but i don't know how to change that on tv
and didn't expect to.
Was going to call bt when i got home to change back and return ee, 2.5mbps
working is better than 25mbps + not working.
If there's a simple solution I'll keep the 4g but don't want to be in a
position closing bt and then having ee problems. I bought it for streaming
and so we could use WhatsApp at same time as tv or even two tv at same,
which we can't with 2.5mbps bt broadband. At moment paying £50 pm and can't
watch TV 😫
Thanks
David, hope we can sort it

Thanks for the quick reply @David455
Could you check your postcode to see if we have any signal problems reported on the EE Coverage & Network Status Checker | Check your signal, please select 'check status' is anything showing?

I tried something others were trying ,changing the dns settings to 8.8.8.8
on tv which i managed to do , amazingly, and Netflix is loading. I'll keep
checking throughout the day and evening make sure it stays stable., fingers
crossed.
Something to remember if someone else has same problem
Regards
David
