The problem I have is my Mitsubishi heating system requires data collection and my Broadband Router will not allow it , Mitsubushi are aware that the issue occurs with EE customers routers they have informed me that if the Router is operating with IPV6 then the data collection is stopped ,however if the router is operating on IPV4 then the data collection is accessible. Can the router be changed from IPV 6 to IPV4, if so how can i do it

thanks

Hi @Anthony133

@Anthony133 : It might be an EE IPv6 issue. EE has introduced IPv6 on its mobile network, but it doesn't fall-back to IPv4 nicely. Can you change the Profile/APN on your mobile router to APN Protocol = IPv4 only?
