I was told before I ordered the device that it is perfect for gaming, however recently that has definitely not been the case. the sole purpose of the device was to enable me to play online with any lag spikes or disconnects. the speeds it gives are perfectly fine, the main issue is they are not consistent at all and will cause stuttering and lag every 20/30 seconds. I am completely at a loss how to resolve this and so are the technical department it seems. I have tried moving the device, restarting the device. using it via WiFi, using it via ethernet, waste of £50 a month currently.

IMHO no mobile router is suitable for gaming, at least not on the EE mobile network.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having some problems with gaming using your mobile router. How long have you had it? Did you take it out over the phone or website?

I’ve had the device since December and was recommended it in an EE shop and took out the order a few days later online
