Hello
ive had no mobile signal or broadband for several weeks now. I believe this is a known issue in my area with EE coverage (postcode xxx xxx).
are you offering a discount due to this? Since I cannot use my phone outside of the home broadband. Otherwise I’ll have a look at other providers.

Is it your mobile or your broadband coverage that you're having trouble with?
