Recently purchased the 4G broadband hub and we are unable to connect it wirelessly or wired to the TV. It will connect to the network but not to the actual internet. We got an ethernet cable to connect it and it shows as connected but will not connect to the internet.

Are you able to connect other devices to your hub, or are you also having difficulty with this?

Hi,
Yes phones, tablets and laptops are connected fine with no issues. We called EE who said the wireless signal may not be compatible with the tv, hence why we got an ethernet cable but still not working

Have you been able to connect the TV with another network previously?

We have just moved into a student house so this is the only wifi we have access to so not sure if it connected to another wifi beforehand. The TV will connect to a hot spot from a mobile so pretty sure it’s the wifi box that’s an issue

It does seem odd that it will still connect to other networks, and also that you can connect other devices to the hub @chvrloo.
I'd recommend giving the team a call, and letting them know everything you've already tried, and they can work with you to get everything up and running.
