I have an annual data sim and cant remember when i started the usage from 🤪 and I’m also interested how much I’ve used. All I got was the sim with some numbers on . Very grateful for any suggestions…

Great - that looks like exactly what I need (couldn’t believe sending a txt was going to get anywhere!). Only one small issue - it would appear the annual data package I was on must have just expired. So I can’t access any of the data usage / its phone number etc. Do you know how I can still access this as I am sure I don’t need a lot of data but want to be able to order ‘enough’. Thanks again!

You don't need to have any data to reach my link. It is off-net entirely within EE's own network & therefore unmetered.

can get to add on page - but as the annual data has expired I can’t seem to access any info on data usage. All I can do from this page is add on a monthly data amount. I’d like to know how much of the annual data I used - otherwise I’m guessing!

How much did you get in the way of annual data, and have you been able to refresh this fully in previous years?
Also if you have an online account, have you tried logging in and seeing what it show in there?
