I can’t access certain apps and I’ve been told that it’s because the hub uses IPV 6 and not 4 , I have been into the hub control page but cannot see how it would be possible to do it .
Any ideas please ?

Thank you very much for your help , I have access to my apps now apart from the alarm system via the app.
Do you have any idea why this is still not working?

Hi Leanne,
it’s not a camera app but a Pyronix alarm with the Procontrol + app.
no I haven’t deleted and reinstalled it yet as it was working fine with the sky router that I had previously so I didn’t suspect the app to be honest.
But I will indeed try that next .
thank you

I am so sorry, totally my mistake it is indeed an alarm app that you mentioned @millsy56
If you could that would be great to see if the changes you have made have worked for the alarm app as well.
Please come back and let me know 🙂
Speak to you soon.
Leanne.

I reinstalled the app but still not connecting, in fact the alarm panel is not polling to the cloud despite it having a connection with the 4 G hub and good signal strength?

In this case, please get in touch with our technical support guides and they can get this looked into for you in more detail 🙂
Thanks.
Leanne.
