I want to thank you  David from the Aberdeen call center, for helping me and my partner tonight get things sorted with our contracts!

It's been a rough few days since we changed our broadband package. The Openreach engineer said we had to put our new wifi box in the furthest away room, and as a result, we got no internet in the living room. After speaking to EE, we got some discounts as the package we were paying for was not meeting the promises it was supposed to.  However, it had made us ineligible for the add-ons that we had originally agreed to (this was never communicated to us on 29/03 when we spoke to an advisor from Doncaster). 

It was honestly very refreshing to speak to someone who didn't want to rush you off the phone and wanted to know what the issues were so they could resolve them to the best of their abilities. Especially as we have discovered things were not properly noted on the file from previous call we had.

It would be nice if there was the capability to leave positive feedback through some kind of form rather than just the complaints.

But yes, thank you david!! (hopefully this will somehow make its way back to him)
