Helpful Hannah

I was meant to get a text with survey feedback. I had a incredibly helpful call with one of the ladies (not sure what office though) 

Her name was Hannah. 

How do I get this survey she said that I'd get the text and I didn't.  As an ND female it really helped she was incredibly helpful.
