I spent an hour in EE Brighton after being introduced to a less than great sales assistant by Harvey the store manager. the lady didn't listen to what upgrade I was looking for, presented me with two devices with no power to try out, then couldn't understand why I wouldn't purchase either one.
I left feedback with the store manager on exit, but this is an age old problem with the Brighton main store. They don't listen to what the customer wants. How will EE Brighton ever overcome this issue if they refuse to listen?

I'm sorry to hear that you weren't happy with the service that you received in store. Thank you for leaving feedback with the store manager, that will help with improving service going forward.
Have you since managed to find the upgrade that you were looking for? We have some brilliant online deals for upgrades.
