Hi.
I spoke to one of your customer service team in person today after she knocked on my door. We had a chat about Wi-Fi speeds and full fibre in my postcode.
I want to let her know that I really appreciate the level of service she gave me. She was friendly and helpful, and took the time to answer my questions and address my concerns. She showed real empathy when I told her about my experience with other providers, and I felt listened to and understood. She really engaged me in a person-to-person conversation, and went beyond the script of questions that she had come prepared with.
Her name is Matild. Please pass on my thanks to her, and tell her manager what a great job she's doing; she's providing fantastic value for your company and your (potential) customers. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves.
