i bought the xbox series x with the £160 ee game card about 2 weeks ago and haven't received the the code for the game card i have tried to contact them but didnt get through anyone know another way to get it

You'd normally get a text with the code within 2 working days of the console arriving.
If you've not had that and the text that @Ritu_D mentioned above hasn't worked, you'll need to give our customer service guides a call so they can bring up your account and chase the game card for you.

I am gutted to hear you still haven't received the code for your game card.
Have you tried texting EE Gamecard to 150?

When you call, you can either press 1 to use the visual service. Or select option 2, followed by option 1, option 1 and option 1 again. This should get you to one of our mobile guides, who will be able to help further.

I have the exact same issue same deal.
ordered on the 19/11 got the Xbox on the 20/11 but to date no EE GameCard. I have emailed the address on the game card site, sent in a complaint message to EE, tried EE GameCard 59 150, called EE but got stuck in the auto loop.
Am properly getting annoyed now as feel I’ve been ripped off.
anyone got any suggestions?
