nintendo switch 2 bundle online codes already been used

i recently ordered and received the nintendo switch 2 bundle with 24 months switch online, express memory card and donkey kong game

after setting up the console and signing in went to use the code cards given, but receive an error after typing stating the codes have already been used,

tried ringing 150 didn’t realise it was hard these days to actually talk to someone and not have to press a ton of different numbers which still doesn’t get to you to a point of talking

I have the exact same issue. Customer service barely do anything and I’m still having to chase it up days later 

I’ve seen many people with this issue. Why are you distributing used items? 
Someone on your warehouse is stealing. I’ll be taking this further legally

i have tried the steps given on the nintendo help site, and have contacted their support and had no response or any help from them, i was given an email for ee gaming when i rang 150, and no response from them either

Nintendo can not help. please can you advise what are my next steps as i have been given a product im paying for that doesnt work?

sadly, it seems everyone having this issue no-one is getting any help, and told to go from pillar to post with no help

everyone is paying for a product they’re not getting 100% of what they’re paying for wether it be for a gift or for themselves
