i recently ordered and received the nintendo switch 2 bundle with 24 months switch online, express memory card and donkey kong game

after setting up the console and signing in went to use the code cards given, but receive an error after typing stating the codes have already been used,

tried ringing 150 didn’t realise it was hard these days to actually talk to someone and not have to press a ton of different numbers which still doesn’t get to you to a point of talking

Hi @TinManUK79,

I've popped you through a Private Message, so we can help you get this sorted.

I had the same problem.I bought two switch 2s for my grand one had a 12 month code that I had to scratch off before revealing, which was a Pokémon bundle, and the Donkey Kong bundle came with 212 month codes that were printed in plain sight. My guess is they did the same thing. Photographed it and used it because as I was told by Nintendo.  They were purchased before six months before the date of my actual delivery

I believe they do scratch card ones as well. I bought a pockemon bundle with a 12 month code in it that had the scratchoff part for my grandson, but when I bought the Donkey Kong pack for my other grandson, it had 212 month codes.  That looked like they were just printed on easy to still. I had to fork out another 35 pound for another 12 months. For my other grandson, just so he could play with his brother.\n Not very happy with ee at all.

That is a lie. The bundles do not come directly from Nintendo. They come from EE's warehouse.\n And bundled together into their own box console, game expansion cards, sometimes they open up the console and put it in the box, sometimes they don't. I know this for a fact as I used to work for ee in the shipping department for their products.

Just so you know, Nintendo, send a cards. Yes, but the retailer has to activate him by scanning the code into their system. So Nintendo knows that the code is valid. Then the code is used by the purchaser and redeemed. It sounds to me you're cutting out the middleman, and not activating the codes really to be redeemed.  It's the same thing in a retail shop. They have hundreds of these codes sitting on a shelf doesn't mean they're all active until it's been purchased , that's how it works
