Resolved! Gaming Bundle ended

I received this text from EE, saying that the 24 month gaming bundle has come to and end if you want to cancel it text 'stop Xbox'. What exactly is that stopping? Just the xbox Game Pass? 

Game pass cancelled by Ee

I took the Xbox X bundle with the 2 year gaming pass which Ee has apparently cancelled and customer support is hopeless
