I added a ps5 on my account through EE and was told I get an EEgamecwrd voucher which I received today and then went on to add psn wallet codes but when I go to add them on my ps5 they say invalid

Welcome to the EE Community 😁

The voucher code you get with your GameCard is for use on the EE Game Store, so won't work if you try to apply it directly at checkout on the PlayStation Store.

You can purchase PlayStation currency through the Game Store with this though, which can then be used directly with Sony for purchases.

Our help page on this has all the details you need for how to redeem this.
