I purchased the Arlo doorbell with two security cameras in April this year, it comes with a 24 month subscription. Does anyone know how I find the secure subscription code? I tried EE chat and they were useless! It wasn’t on any of the paperwork sent, and it wasn’t in (or on) either of the boxes. The free trial will run out in a few days, so any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Does it appear anywhere in your Mobile Add-ons section, under "Your active add-ons" in the EE App for activation?

Yes it’s that bundle. It’s not in mobile add-ons section.

You usually get a text after receiving your delivery with instructions, have you had that through?
Could you try texting ARLO to 150 and let me know if that helps?

I tried to text and it's come back I had this answer.
Sorry - it doesn't look like you have EE Smart Home Security to receive a voucher code.

Have you tried to text ARLO to 150? This should send you the voucher code to get you set up.
