I added an ee xbox series x with game pass and ee gamecard but my ee account is still under that doesn't exist anymore. How will be able to access the game pass and game card if they sent it to my old email? And do they send game pass and game card codes to your email or sms?

If it is still the same on another browser, and you are using the number that the Add to Plan is linked to, I'd recommend giving our customer services guides a call @charliehowes892.
They'll be able to check your account to make sure it is set up correctly for the Game Pass and help to get it sorted for you.

Did you order the Xbox Series X bundle on Add to Plan, where you are paying for it monthly on your bill, or was it purchased outright?

You should get everything by text on that one. For the Game Pass, you just need to go to ee.co.uk/xbox and enter the mobile number it is linked to and follow the steps.
It is best to do it on mobile connection, rather than WiFi, and if you see any errors, try another browser.
You'd normally get a text with the gamecard within 2 working days. If you've not had that through, give our customer service guides a call, and they can chase it for you.
It would also be worth mentioning your email address to them, and they can get that updated just so there are no problems in the future.
