Switch 2 with game card £70

Hi,

I recently got the switch 2 bundle with 24months Nintendo online and £70 gift card. I did not receive the gift card at all and it's been nearly a month. Currently for my grandsons birthday. We thought it was in the box with the other cards but after looking in the forums it says I get a text. I have had no text or pin. What do I do?

You'd usually get the text about the EE Game Card within 2 working days of the console arriving.

If you've not had anything yet, please give our customer service guides a call and they can chase it for you.
