Xbox x game bundle redeem voucher

I added a XBox x and game pass with £100 ee game voucher. On 15/06 I kept it to give to my son for his birthday yesterday but can't find either voucher. I've gone through txt and emails and can't find anything to tell me how to get them. Can someone please help.

Welcome to the community.

You should have received a text message to claim the gamecard within a few days of receiving the device. If you haven't received this, I recommend speaking with our Mobile Care team so that they can raise a webform to the relevant team to send one manually.

Hi

No text or email or any other communication with a code. To redeem the vouchers. Finally managed to speak to some one in CS who had raised an issue with the gaming department.  

I also remembered while on the phone that I purchased a Samsung galaxy phone with £100 cash back offer that I'm still waiting for. 

I was sent a link to redeem the voucher but they are all expired offers Samsung. So need to contact you again to sort out
