Hi,
I received a text this morning with the £50 EE GameCard voucher for the switch 2 bundle I recently ordered. When I try to redeem it tells me the PIN is incorrect. Can someone please help me resolve this?

Hi Michael,
That’s correct yes. It’s the same link as in the text message.
I’ve noticed a couple of other users mention the same issue over the last couple of days.

If the PIN isn't being accepted, please check you are following all of the redemption steps outlined on our Using your EE GameCard page.

Hi Michael,
After seeing others with the same issue and no one getting a response from waivpay, can you please escalate this further? Clearly when people contact 150 they’re not able to help either.

It is not something we can escalate from here @Oscar182, as the fulfilment of the Game Card is handled by them. We don't have access to any Game Card details on the community, nor access to you account.
If you have any trouble with it, you would need to drop them an email. Have you sent one to them?

You (EE, nothing personal) have sold customers an item which has not been fulfilled and you (EE) will charge us as if we had received it.
Yet you can’t escalate the non delivery the item. That is frankly scandalous! Send us the item again? The process you went through to try to give us the item originally, do that again?
if that’s not possible, you get on the phone to the 3rd party? Why should it be us? We haven’t engaged in using their services, you have!
