Xbox series s add to plan

Hi.ive made a order for x box series s with 24 month gaming ultimate for 19 pound a month on Sunday 30th October.i paid the 10 upfront .I haven't had a text or email to say when coming.does anybody know.i had confirmation email with order but it won't let me track it

Hi oh right well as of this morning it was showing up on my plan I did actually get my apple mini home pod that was delivered this morning so I’m assuming that the Xbox could be tomorrow then

I’ve just done a live chat with EE and I was told that the Xbox isn’t actually in stock but should be here within the next 6-7 days

Oh thank you for the update.its a shame ee couldn't have done that on there website and said its going to be 6 to 7 days

I know but then then this morning when I actually rang them up I was told it was waiting for DPD to pick it up and now told this this afternoon on live chat
