Hi.ive made a order for x box series s with 24 month gaming ultimate for 19 pound a month on Sunday 30th October.i paid the 10 upfront .I haven't had a text or email to say when coming.does anybody know.i had confirmation email with order but it won't let me track it

I don’t get it because there was a text this morning to say about the gaming pass so I rang them up and they just said that there waiting now for DPD to pick it up

If you download the DPD app and use the email address as the reference and postcode. This will show you any deliveries for your address.

Hi yes I have the DPD app but where it says ref it doesn’t give me the option of using letters it’s just numbers so I can’t type in my email address

Can you try the mobile number, if this does not show. Please wait for the DPD text with the tracking details needed 🙂

T This is what I had sunday when I ordered.so why must I wait up 2 14 days when it says 2 to 3 days

@Leanne_T  Please can you look into this issue and advise because if the website is giving us delivery timescales of 2-3 days then this ought to be rectified. Judging by the amount of queries in regards to this, i feel this needs to be looked in to. I have also ordered this as a gift for my son's birthday which is next week. 

Is there anyway of this being escalated so that i can get a more definitive answer as to when this will be sent out. Also will EE adjust the bills as nobody here seems to have received their order, please advise your help will much appreciated
